Your rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

How to submit a request

Submit a request through our Privacy Rights Request form or email privacy@carvix.com. Please describe the request you are making and provide enough information for us to verify your identity.

Response and verification

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable California privacy law and will explain any reason we cannot fulfill a request.
